What do you do? I am currently a health coach, brand consultant for multiple brands in the health & wellness space.

Where do YOU find your motivation? What is your WHY? I find my motivation through working to do things that make me FEEL good and helping others do the same. I find a lot of motivation by creating intentions for myself and working towards them. My WHY is easy; I want to help people be their healthiest & happiest self.

With it being a new year, what is one piece of advice you’d give to everyone to help them stick to their goals? One piece of advice I would give is to don’t get down on yourself if you mess up. Life happens! Stay positive and consistent and you’ll get there!

What are YOUR 2019 intentions? I set monthly intentions instead of yearly. For this month my intentions are to practice more patience, engage in more yoga, start a meditation practice & get outside more!

How did you first get into nutrition? I’ve always loved eating healthy food. My idea of “healthy” has drastically changed over the years as I’ve found a balance that works for me rather then always working to find the best diet, cleanse, etc for immediate results. I decided I really wanted to pursue more education in nutrition about a year ago when I decided to enroll at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

What’s the best health/wellness advice you’ve ever received that has actually helped? The best advice is that even when you think you’re drinking enough water, you’re probably not 😉 Water is key!!!

What’s your favorite workout to do? My favorite workout is a HIIT based workout! I also love spin classes.

Best thing in your fridge right now? Oh thats hard! I would have to say the snack bites that I just made because they taste like a brownie, but healthy 🙂

Go-to pre or post-workout snack? Pre-workout I usually always have a little bit of a banana or some of a bar. Post workout I like to fuel up on protein, fat & fiber!

Go-to morning beverage(s)? Coffee with frothy nut milk!

Favorite splurge meal/dessert? My favorite dessert is some type of cookie/brownie with ice cream!

Where do you get your health/wellness information? I do a lot of research on my own for health and wellness information. I also soak in a lot of information that is around me! If there’s something I am curious about, I’ll google it. Google always has the information.

If this wasn’t your job, what would be your job? That’s a great question! I really love what I do right now but working towards defining it more. I would love to incorporate more of fitness coaching into my overall job!

Favorite way to unwind after a long day/week? Favorite way to unwind is chatting with a friend, puppy snuggles or a walk on a nice day
