Spring is upon us and if you’re anything like us, the sunshine and flowers sprouting up makes you want to hit refresh. Spring cleaning is one of our favorite things to do, but switching up our workouts is not only fun, but uber rewarding. It’s easy to get into the habit of going to the same fitness studios or doing the same kinds of classes day after day. We’re giving you an extra nudge during the month of March– a challenge of taking 5 different class types each at a different gym through your StudioHop membership. It will certainly be a challenge, but you’ll probably discover a new favorite studio or maybe just a new way of moving!
