Go ahead and stock up on organic canned pumpkin. You’re going to need it!
Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls. This is an old time food blogger fave of The Fitnessista’s, which she dubs her “Amazeballs”. And they are. Prep these on a Sunday and have them in your fridge to pop for pre or post workout or to go along with your hot coffee in the morning.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. Another staple during the fall and even into the winter. If you’re not wanting to follow an exact recipe, sometimes we like to do half of a frozen banana + canned pumpkin + vanilla protein powder and all the delicious spices with almond butter. This never gets old!
Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal. Oh so cozy and warm, you’ll feel like it’s Thanksgiving and won’t even miss the pie. Maybe.
Coconut Flour Pumpkin Pancakes. Another fun and festive pumpkin spice breakfast, but without all the sugar and, well, gluten. This is a win for all!
Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats. Prep these for the week and you’ll leap out of bed every morning. On top of tasting delicious, it’ll keep you nice and full until lunch time.
