So we have put together a list of what we think are the ‘coolest’ and most unique classes in Dallas that you need to try ASAP!

Meditation – 15: Gain the stillness and peace of mind achieved with meditation during this short 15-minute meditation practice designed to help you move through your days in a more mindful manner, with a heightened sense of mental clarity and focus. Numerous studies have proven the many benefits associated with meditation practice, and some of the most successful people today strongly advocate it. An exercise for the mind, meditation is one of the most powerful tools to help you achieve your highest potential. 5.Baby and Belly: This class is open to both pregnant bellies and postpartum moms with babies! Belly Mommies (women in all stages of pregnancy and yoga experience), the class will focus on poses and techniques that can ease the common ailments of pregnancy to help prepare for childbirth. Baby Mommies (women who are feeling fine at 6 weeks postpartum. Mommies who had a Cesarean-section should wait a little longer—8 to 10 weeks; check with your doctor or midwife), your babies can begin any time, and tend to enjoy the class until they are up and moving. You are welcome to feed your baby (by breast or bottle) any time during class in the studio, and to change baby’s diaper any time, too. We recommend that you bring a blanket for your baby to lie on. 6. Cyrotherapy: A quick way to help you recover before or after you’ve been trying out all these new classes! A cryotherapy session will treat soft tissue and muscle injuries, help to reduce back pain and inflammation in your joints, boost your immune system and has been known to tread depression and mood disorder! Each session lasts for no longer than 3 minutes. 7.Pole Fitness: We break down some essential pole techniques and focus on safety, strength and flexibility to get you ready to spin, climb and move around the pole gracefully and confidently. No dance experience required! Classes begin with a thorough warm up and conditioning segment and followed with a thorough cool down. Bare legs are recommended as part of the class requires gripping of the pole with the legs. 10.Deep Stretch: The Deep Stretch class uses passive poses held for longer periods of time to allow for a deep opening in the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, spine and other areas of the body. Props such as blocks, straps and blankets may be used to help those who have limited flexibility or are just getting into their yoga practice. 13.Row & Resistance: An off-water style row workout that will never be the same twice. You will practice authentic rowing drills while we add in new strength training components to compliment your Indo-Row workout. Expect to work at your own pace. This class is open to all levels. 14.Ballet Burn: The Ballet Burn- 60 minute class incorporating elements of ballet technique, yoga, functional movement, and dynamic cardio tracks. 15. Aerial Contortion: Not only will you learn some of the basic moves of aerial yoga, but you’ll take the next steps in this practice to learn a variety of contortionist moves. 16.Barre in the Park: Join The Barre Code every other Sunday at the beautiful Klyde Warren Park for Barre in the Park! A signature Barre Code class is a full-body workout that consists of isometric holds and heavy repetition, working muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance. 17. POUND: POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming.
