Why do you teach fitness?  I teach fitness because it is my passion and my calling. I absolutely love helping clients reach their fitness goal.

What’s the best health/wellness advice you’ve ever received that has actually helped?  Consistency!  That first step is a great start, but unless another step comes after it, and then another, don’t expect to get too far!

What’s your favorite workout to do when you’re not teaching?  TRX!  It does the body good.

What’s the last song you listened to on Spotify?  I don’t remember because it’s been at least a year since I listened to Spotify. I listen to Apple Music!

Best thing in your fridge right now?  Organic Blueberries

Go-to pre or post-workout snack?  My pre-workout drink consists of a mixture of Matcha Green Tea, Blue Butterfly and Sprouted Black Rice. My post-workout drink consists of a mixture of Unsweetened Almond Milk mCollagen and mColostrum.

Go-to beverage?  Water

Favorite splurge meal/dessert?  Pizza.

Where do you get your health/wellness information? (blog, website, podcast, etc.). I attend fitness conferences, listen to podcasts from credible leaders in the fitness industry, and receive the latest updates from TRX, ACE,  AFAA and IDEA as well as from some of my fitness peers.

Favorite way to unwind after a long day/week?  My favorite way to unwind is with a nice dinner as well as a great glass of wine after a long week.

Best part of your job?  Being able to witness my clients progress of their fitness journey is the best part!
